Our in-shell whole pine nuts are delicious and healthy. These nuts are all natural and have a very hard outer shell. Pine nuts are loaded with vitamins and minerals such as Manganese, Vitamin E, and Omega-3s. These nuts can be used as treats or added sparingly to other dry offerings.

**The outer shells are quite hard, and although parrots beaks chew through much harder surfaces caution may serve well if your parrot has any beak abnormalities.
