Join us as an observer to learn from others OR we encourage you to bring your particular challenge or goal to the coaching session.
Cassie will guide you LIVE through step-by-step methods to strengthen your bond and improve communication with your feathered companion.

About:
Cassie Malina has been training people and animals professionally worldwide for over 25 years.
After graduating with High Distinction from the Pennsylvania State University, Cassie joined the animal training team at Natural Encounters, Inc. During her 22 years with NEI, she produced and performed in free flight bird shows across the country. She performed in free flight bird shows at Disney's Animal Kingdom since the park's inception through April 2020. As the Director of Staff Development, Cassie grew a community of animal trainers and caregivers. She has instructed on the art and science of animal training at numerous workshops, seminars, webinars and conferences across the country and abroad. Cassie has consulted on animal programs across the US and abroad as well. She has been coaching pet animal caregivers independently since 2000 and was Parrot Kindergarten’s School Counselor for the first two years of the program, beginning April 2021.
Cassie maintains her CPBC certification from the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IAABC) since 2015 and her CPBT-KA certification from the International Avian Trainers Certification Board (IATCB) since 2013, and she completed Dr. Susan Friedman, Ph.D.'s Living and Learning with Animals (LLA) Course. Cassie has been an active member of the International Association of Avian Trainers and Educators (IAATE) since 1998 and received a Lifetime Achievement Award for her 20 years of Executive Board service in 2020.

This LIVE Coaching Session will be fully online only via ZOOM. We encourage you to be on camera (we want to meet you!) however you can watch the class without being on camera or using a microphone, but it is highly recommended that allow access to your camera and microphone yso that any questions can be addressed quickly and easily.
You will be emailed a link an hour before the start of the class (at the latest) with the email address you provided for us when purchasing this registration. I will also send out a reminder email the Sunday before the LIVE Group Coaching Session. If you do not receive this email the Sunday before, please contact me at c4aworg@gmail.com so I can make sure you are on the list to get the link for the LIVE session.
Zoom is a communications software used for virtual video and audio conferencing, but also allows live chats, screen-sharing, and other collaborative options. Zoom allows users to create and join virtual meeting rooms where they can communicate with each other using video, and audio.
To join using the Zoom app (this will give you the best experience!);
- Download the Zoom app from the Zoom download page
- Install the app on your device
- Open the Zoom app
- Enter the meeting ID and your display name
- Select if you want to connect audio and/or video
- Click Join Meeting
The link to access the LIVE coaching session will be sent out one hour before class starts. Ensure the email you put in for your order here is one that you can check and have access to for this session. We also recommend you try out Zoom beforehand if you can.
